We are accepting applications for 2023-2024 Active Learning faculty mentors to provide mentorship for our ALSI faculty on their course redesigns. In addition to consulting services and open office hours, these mentors will meet with the 2023 ALSI faculty cohort during the ALSI Alumni panel discussion session this summer, facilitate mid-semester evaluations (MSFEs with CTL’s resources and support) and provide micro-mentoring sessions to the ALSI faculty as needed. The AL faculty mentor program is open to ALSI alumni who demonstrate a commitment to active learning and a track record of effective implementation of active learning practices in their classrooms for at least two semesters at UGA after completing ALSI.
